Adjacent to the Inn on Barons Creek is the Walch Haus Conference Center, which can be divided into three distinct private event venues or used as one large room, accommodating up to 250 guests. Below are two distinct rooms:

  • Nimitz Meeting Room: This private event venue spans 2,500 sq. ft. and can be customized for a variety of setups, such as 250-person theatre performances and 180-person banquets. It is equipped with a podium, AV system, wireless microphones, and a catering kitchen.
  • Broadbeck Meeting Room: At 1,200 sq. ft., this is one of the best private venues we offer for mid-sized meetings or gatherings. It comes equipped with the same amenities as the Nimitz Meeting Room but is smaller in size.

  • Van Der Stucken Theatre Room: On the third floor of our hotel is a 535 sq. ft. private event venue rental. This room is fully equipped with AV capabilities and a 55″ flat screen TV, making it ideal for presentations, seminars, or social gatherings.
  • Presidential Suite: The luxurious Presidential Suite offers 1,800 sq. ft. of creekside views and an elegant space perfect for family reunions, birthdays, or intimate celebrations. The suite includes two master suites, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, three televisions, and a master whirlpool tub overlooking the Texas Hill Country.
